Wrestling Moves KOLAT.COM Pancake Trap

August 11, 2019

One of the things a good wrestler’s gonna do when he takes a bad shot, he feels the chest lock coming in, or even before that chest lock gets there, he’ll start looking to clear himself from out of that position and chase legs with a peek out position. So, I can set that position up if I stop him. If I stop my opponent here, right, and I want to create that peek out space and
let him feel that he’s winning the position to set him up all I’m gonna do is shift. Now, I like to throw
my headlock with my right hand. So what all do is I’m gonna cover more
of that left side with my shoulders start to drop and I shift my head a little bit. And
then what I’m doing is I’m lightening my grip and letting this arm get light. I want this guy to
feel comfortable peeking on that right side. Now what I’m
gonna do is, when I feel him peek, I’m gonna release and swim that arm out and look for that cross face to headlock. So if Drew goes slow here. I’m gonna bait. I set him up. I shift my position. I make
that right arm light and as he starts that peek out, I release. I bring that arm up and I bring my chest up. This
hand stays in that over hook position and now I swim to that headlock with a crossface. (Live wrestling until end of video)

Hi brother, Thank you so much for your videos, I've got a question for you.
I want to learn Wrestling for self-defense, is it possible to learn it well from home, I bought a Dummy called BUBBA and I want to redo your videos, will I improve this way? Please help me because it is impossible for me to join a school since I have a bad injury in my arm I can only train with a dummy 🙁
