Top 10 WWE Matches That Shockingly Ended In A Draw

December 1, 2019

5: Shawn Michaels Vs. Triple H
(Royal Rumble 2004) It should be clear by now that
Shawn Michaels is no stranger
to drawing, and just one month after failing to win the World
Heavyweight Championship from
Triple H, the pair were at it again. Following the controversial finish
to the match on RAW, their Royal
Rumble rematch was a Last Man Standing match, which has lived
on in the minds of fans for just
how much blood both men shed. A bout that saw both men caked
in blood, the ending came when
an exhausted Michaels hit Sweet Chin Music on the aching Game,
but given how much Shawn
had already given neither man was able to answer
the count of ten. Another draw between the two,
Triple H once again retained the
championship by the skin of his teeth, but as he emerged the
next night on RAW, hobbling
and covered in bandages, its hard to say that the King of
Kings left the 2004 Royal Rumble
Pay Per View as a winner. 4: Sasha Banks Vs. Becky
Lynch (RAW 2016) The 29th of February may only
happen once every four years,
but in 2016, Sasha Banks and Becky Lynch gave a performance
that had fans reeling for a long
time to come. Rekindling their battles in NXT,
the pair fought over a chance
to go to WrestleMania 32 to face Divas Champion Charlotte
Flair for the Butterfly title. Unsurprisingly, the Queen had other
plans, and didn’t intend to defend
her title at the show of shows as her interference would cause
Lynch and Banks to draw, and
Charlotte believing she had no
challenger. To Flair’s shock though, the decision
was made that she would defend
her title against both Lynch and the Boss at WrestleMania, but
the three would battle for the new WWE Women’s Championship,
which debuted at the event. Despite her underhanding tactics to
avoid the match in the first place,
Flair would win the triple threat, though the Boss and the Lass Kicker
gave their all, both at WrestleMania
and on RAW. 3: Samoa Joe Vs. Sami Zayn
(NXT 2016) Just two weeks before Sasha Banks
and Becky Lynch would wrestle to a
draw on RAW, fans of NXT got a preview of what was to come, thanks
to Samoa Joe and Sami Zayn. Competing on the February 17th
edition of the gold brand, both men
competed for the chance to wrestle for Finn Balor’s NXT
Championship, though as usual,
things didn’t go to plan. After nailing Joe with a Helluva Kick
that took the former Impact Wrestling
star down, Sami collapsed his tired frame on Joe’s but much like
Michaels in 2003, his shoulders
were also on the mat when the pin
took place. It wouldn’t be long after the match
that Joe would shockingly take the
title from Balor at an NXT Live event, as it seems the Samoan
Submission Machine got the
last laugh, despite drawing against the
Underdog from the Underground. 2: Shawn Michaels Vs Kurt Angle
(RAWs 2005) Okay, we swear this is the last
appearance of Shawn Michaels
on this list, as Mr WrestleMania may want to
change his name to Mr Match-Draws. On RAW’s homecoming to the USA
Network in October 2005, Michaels
took on Kurt Angle in a 30 minute Iron Man match, in what was
the rubber match in what had been a fantastic feud between the two
over the year. After Angle won at WrestleMania 21
and the Showstopper got his win
back at Vengence, both stars gave their all in the half an hour, much
tox the delight of the crowd
tuning in. With the score tied at 2 points each,
Michaels was able to hit Sweet
Chin Music out of nowhere in the final moments, but the time limit
expired before the referee
could count to three. Despite the calls for sudden death
overtime to determine a winner,
Angle refused much to the anger of Shawn, leaving this
epic feud to end on a draw. 1: Kane Vs. The Undertaker Vs.
Stone Cold Steve Austin (In
Your House Breakdown) After repeatedly finding a way
to get under the skin of Mr
McMahon, Stone Cold Steve Austin had the deck stacked
against him at Breakdown 1998, when he was forced to defend
the WWF Championship against
both Kane and The Undertaker. Even though the match was
techinically a Triple Threat match,
the Brothers of Destruction teamed up to demolish the
Rattlesnake as part of the Boss’
plot to take the title. As fans will know, Austin didn’t
retain the title, but the manner how he lost the title was the
most shocking part of the show. After a double chokeslam by the
demonic brothers, both men
pinned Austin to win the title, and whilst fans didn’t know who
was the champion, McMahon was
delighted that it wasn’t Austin. With no clear champion, the title
was vacated until the 1998
Survivor Series, when The Rock would win the
gold, aligning himself with gleeful
McMahon to form the Corporation.

Why is nobody talking about Starcade 2019 that's happening today? It wasn't mentioned on raw or smackdown.

I know this is AEW and not WWE but I just want to mention that the match between Jon Moxley and Pac ended in a draw. Just a little honorable mention.
