this video is about agility training agility exercises and soccer training you
can do at home now when you doing all these exercises just make sure that
you’re focusing on moving your feet as quickly as you can now in the beginning
your feet are prolly gonna feel heavy and you’ll feel a bit sluggish and maybe
you think like in your mind you can move fast enough when as fast as you would
like just stick with it keep pushing yourself
faster every time and if you do this for like a week you will feel so quick your
feet will feel way faster you have way better reaction time and you’ll improve

    Yo, i'm 15 years old and i play basketball. I have basketball training 3 times a week and a match on sundays, can this be useful even if i do this only the days when i dont have basketball training and even if i dont play soccer? i think that agility is important even in basketball, what do you think?

    This video worked wonders for me! I did it alongside the plyometric video and noticed a difference in just two days of doing them together! My leg muscles are more toned and I am much quicker and more agile. Thank you so much for your videos!!!

    I find this much more convenient than any other agility drill. I'm being told I should use an agility ladder, but I find that unnecessary and something I would not actually use. So my question, If I am consistent with this drill will it reel in the same benefits as an agility ladder?

    guys my ankles hurt after doing these drills.i do them without break but my ankles hurt. so should I take a break between them or do I suffer from some problem?? does this problem occur to some one else Dylan I would love to get ur advice on this. sorry for the long comment..

    As expert, I do believe Eprosoke Training Program is great way to increase your soccer technique. Why don't you give it a shot? perhaps it'll work for you too.

    Hey dylan thanks for the video being doin this for almost a year have significantly
    1.Increase flexibility of legs
    2.faster reaction of my legs in tackles
    3.More agile
    4.Feel lighter on feet
    5.Increased my acceleration and speed in sprints
    6.Bigger and better endurance calf
    7.Stronger lower core

    and many more but i have reached a plateau and it could be nice if you can release same type of video

    Exactly what I've been looking for! Perfect in form and to get both agility and speed up for operating in the real world. Most practical in every respect, especially because who wants to be burdened with all kinds of fancy equipment. Real fighters such as spartans and gladiators didn't have all that garbage.

    This was great, thanks, I been tryin to find out about "best way to get faster" for a while now, and I think this has helped. Have you ever come across – Ralebney Running Recoilless – (should be on google have a look ) ? Ive heard some interesting things about it and my mate got amazing success with it.

    This is just superb, I have been researching "how to run a race faster" for a while now, and I think this has helped. Ever heard of – Ralebney Running Recoilless – (Have a quick look on google cant remember the place now ) ? Ive heard some awesome things about it and my partner got excellent results with it.

    Does this exercises helps you improve even your agility with the ball?
    Let me explain, this training should improve your agility, but does this improve your agility when it comes to dribbling too?
    I'm just askin' as when you dribble you need to be agile too

    This is what I needed.. Just played tournament match and I couldn't turn with the ball easily because of my hard stiff lower back and the reason I think is I've been sitting too much & playing video games.. F that shit man!!
